- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat using an electric whisk..
- Melt chocolate in a heatproof dish over a pan of simmering water..
- Add beetroot and chocolate to the butter mixture and beat..
- Sift remaining ingredients and gently fold untill thoroughly mixed..
- Place the mixture into the tin and flatten the top..
- Bake for 40-45mins untill a clean needle comes out clean but it still slightly wobbles when shaken slightly..
