2. in a 2qt sausepan conbine Cocoa and Oil.
3. turn on stovetop to Med High and stir cocco and oil till well mixed.
4. Add butter and stir till well melted.
5. Add sugar and stir till well mixed.
6. Turn off burner remove to cool pan.
7. When mixture is cool Add eggs one at a time mix well.
8. Add vanilla and mix well.
9. Pour in flour and mix well.
10. Grease 9x9 baking dish and pour in batter Bake 30min..
