- Prepare of atta.
- It's of homemade butter.
- It's of sugar.
- It's of oats.
- You need of mash banana.
- Prepare of choco chip.
- Prepare of venilla essence.
- Prepare of salt.
- You need of baking powder.
- Prepare of baking soda.
I reduced the butter, added bananas, and increased the flour. Bananas contain so much moisture that more flour is needed to absorb it. You're going to love the bold banana flavor, the chewy oats that add so much. Plus, with both banana and oats in them, they're basically healthy, right? 😉 And perfect for breakfast!
Banana oats choco cookies step by step
- Beat the butter and sugar with the help of hand.
- Now add all the ingredients one by one..
- Make a dough.
- Dough become very sticky. So put this cookie dough into the fridge for 10 to 15min..
- Take out the dough from the fridge and give shape..
- Put these cookies in to preheated oven for 20 to 25 min at 170deg for bakeing.
- Banana oats choco cookies are ready to serve.
Making them is just as easy as eating them. These cookies taste great but they never crisped up. They are more like banana oat bread in cookie form. Still Delicious but not what I was hoping for. Banana oatmeal cookies are one of my all-time favorite treats.
