  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper, spices or herbs and reserve..
  2. Cover a frying pan with olive oil. Spread it out with a paper towel so you don't use too much oil and make sure all of the pan is covered. Warm the pan in low heat..
  3. Cook it in low heat until the eggs have cooked completely..
  4. This is when you can get creative! Add turkey breast, ham, sausage, spinach, anything you want for the filling. Top it off with cheese and wait for it to melt (still in low heat)..
