Tortilla Wraps instructions

  1. Mix maida and aata, oil, salt b powder and knead a soft dough. Leave for an hour.
  2. Make thin rotis and toast it on tawa lightly.
  3. Take chicken strips and marinate with all the ingredients except egg and maida.
  4. Make a batter with maida and egg. Dip the strips in the batter and deep fry.
  5. For salad cut onions and cucumber in strips toss with salt and b pepper.
  6. Assembling of wraps.. Take a tortilla chapati spread Mayonnaise and ketchup. Place three or four chicken strips and some salad and fold.
  7. Heat a grill pan with one tsp of butter and toast the tortilla on both sides. Until fine lines appear. Done.
