  1. In a pan take 1 tbsp Desi ghee and let it melt..
  2. Add jaggery to it and cook it on medium flame stirring continuously..

  4. Now we have to check whether the jaggery is cooked perfectly or not. For this, in a bowl full of water, add a little melted jaggery. Let it sit for a min. Now take it out. If it is in completely solid form, it is cooked perfectly..
