- Taking the cooked , cooled apples evenly spoon them into two of the pie pastry cases , then place one of the sliced up strawberries , per pie case , ontop of the apples in the pastry cases and then add a little extra reduced syrup to the top , then place a pastry lid ontop and press the pastry together to seal . And dust with a little cocoa powder to the top sealed lid ..
- Taking the other 8-10 slice up strawberries and evenly spoon them into the last two pastry cases , then sprinkle with the teaspoon of cocoa powder , them place the lids ontop and press the pastry together to seal . And finally dust with a little cocoa powder to the top pastry lid ..
