  1. Prepare of Filling.
  2. You need 2 cup of Finley sliced and peeled tart apples.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla.
  5. You need 1 cup of Fresh strawberries cut in half.
  6. You need 1 cup of Fresh blueberries.
  7. It's 1 cup of Fresh raspberries.

  9. You need 1 cup of Sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb.
  10. Prepare 1/3 cup of All purpose flour.
  11. You need 1 tsp of Ground allspice.

  14. You need 2 tbsp of butter.
  15. You need 1 tbsp of milk.

Mike's berry pie instructions

  1. In a large bowl toss the apples with lemon juice and vanilla.
  2. Add the berries and rhubarb.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the flour cinnamon allspice and sugar.
  4. And the Apple mixture to the sugar mixture and toss gently to coat.
  5. Spoon the filling into the crust and dot with butter.
  6. Roll out crust and place over the filling. Trim seal and flute the edges.
  7. Brush milk over the crust and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  8. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  9. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 50 to 60 minutes longer or until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  10. Cover the edges with foil during the last 15 minutes to prevent over browning if necessary.
  11. Cool on a wire rack.
