Canniloni instructions
- Mix all filling ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
- Chop the chives.
- Cut each lasagna noodle sheet in half. Trim the excess.
- In a pot of simmering salted water blanch the lasagna noodles for 2 min and allow to cool of parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Fill a piping bag with the cheese filling and pipe in long strips 2 cm from the top edge and roll.
- Use egg wash to seal the canniloni (1 egg mixed with 2 tsp of water ).
- You can use either of the sauces but if you want to create a rose sauce simply mix the 2 together.

- Bechamel Sauce: When the milk and the cream are fully incorporated add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 min. Allow to cool before use.
- In a medium sized non stick baking dish put a small amount of the sauce at the bottom to prevent the canniloni from burning.
- Pour the rest of the sauce over top each of the canniloni's.
- Mix the cheeses togeher and sprinkle over top.
- Back for 45 min.
