  13. Add Cheese and mix - set aside.
  14. Now layer the lasagne: MINCE 1st, Pasta Sheets 2nd, Bechamel sauce 3rd, MINCE 4th, Pasta Sheets 5th, Bechamel Sauce 6th - Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese plus oregano.
