Ingredients of Chorizo Quesadillas

  1. It's 1 of Cacique beef or pork chorizo.
  2. Prepare 4 of hot dogs.
  3. It's of Bacon.
  4. Prepare 1/4 of small onion.
  5. You need 1 of jalapeño (optional).
  6. It's of Oil.

Chorizo Quesadillas step by step

  1. Cut bacon/ham into small pieces (about 1/2) and hot dogs into 4s (triangle pieces).
  2. Cut onion and pepper into small square pieces.
  3. Take chorizo out of packing and place in hot skillet; add two table spoons of oil. Cook at medium temperature.
  4. Once chorizo is almost fully cooked (not burned), add onion, and jalapeño.
  5. When onion turns a clear color, add ham and hot dogs.
  6. Mix, add about 1/4 cup of water and bring to boil.
  7. Lower heat, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Once ready, set aside.
  9. Heat flour or corn tortillas just enough to soften (I prefer flour).
  10. Add cheese and chorizo mix.
  11. Fold, turn occasionally until crisp or leave tortilla soft.
  12. Enjoy!! (Taste great without jalapeños, and if you don't eat pork, you can use beef chorizo and turkey in place of ham).
