  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C..
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda together into a bowl, set aside..
  3. Melt the butter in a pan. Meanwhile, mash the bananas in a bowl. Add cinnamon, ground cardamom, caster sugar, melted butter and the egg to the bananas and mash together.
  4. Add in the flour mixture to the mash, and mix until smooth. Then mix in nut and dark chocolate chips mix..
