  1. It's 4 of medium potatoes.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of fine bulgur, well washed.
  3. It's 2 cups of flour.
  4. Prepare of fresh mint or dried.
  5. It's 2 of large onions.
  6. Prepare 1 cup of walnuts.
  7. It's of bread crumbs or crushed "kaak".
  8. Prepare of cumin.
  9. Prepare of dried basil.
  10. It's of pepper.
  11. You need of salt.

Potato Kibbeh step by step

  1. Fry the sliced onions in oil on medium heat for 5 mins. Add the walnuts to them.
  2. Boil potatoes, and crush them with fork while still hot. Add salt, pepper, cumin, mint, basil.
  3. Place the onion/walnut mixture in the pan/ then add the potatoe mix. Make a nice design with a knife. Add bread crumbs if available. Drizzle the olive oil on top..
  4. Bake in oven for 20-30 mins..
