Ingredients of Potato Kibbeh

  1. You need of medium potatoes.
  2. Prepare of fine bulgur, well washed.
  3. You need of flour.
  4. You need of fresh mint or dried.
  5. It's of large onions.
  6. You need of walnuts.
  7. You need of bread crumbs or crushed "kaak".
  8. It's of cumin.
  9. You need of dried basil.
  10. It's of pepper.
  11. You need of salt.

Potato Kibbeh instructions

  1. Fry the sliced onions in oil on medium heat for 5 mins. Add the walnuts to them.
  2. Boil potatoes, and crush them with fork while still hot. Add salt, pepper, cumin, mint, basil.
  3. Place the onion/walnut mixture in the pan/ then add the potatoe mix. Make a nice design with a knife. Add bread crumbs if available. Drizzle the olive oil on top..
  4. Bake in oven for 20-30 mins..
